Regional and standard fire stations that include ladder truck and engine bays, rescue ambulance bays, sleeping quarters for male and female crews, shower and locker facilities, state of the art kitchen, training facilities, vehicle service bays, conference rooms, community rooms, fueling facilities, and other ancillary space.  Projects included extensive offsite improvements such as street widening, street lights, and traffic signals.   
Our scope of services include project and construction management, and oversight of design and construction phases, management of construction contract, budget, estimating, schedule, quality assurance, and chairing weekly project meetings.



PMCS Group performed constructability studies and value engineering to ensure that projects were executed with minimal cost while achieving the project intent and LEED certification.  Other duties also include interface, communications, and coordination with various governing agencies.  As part of the LA Proposition F Firebond Program, these projects required extensive reporting to administrative and citizen’s oversight committees.  PMCS Group achieved 100% client satisfaction and was recognized by the Bureau of Engineering Program Office and the LAFD Battalion Chief.
