BORJ CM was founded in 2002 as a California corporation and is an emerging Small Business Enterprise. BORJ Construction Management specializes in the strategic planning of school building projects including program planning, project management, master planning, construction management, implementation plan, constructability review and value engineering.

BORJ CM is led by Näder Farnoush, MSCE, CDT, DBIA Associate, and a California Licensed General Contractor with over 30 years of program, construction and project management experience.

Development Industries

Development Industries (DI) is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) formed in 2001 headquartered in the greater Los Angeles area.  DI is a certified CBE by the County of Los Angeles, and SBE and DBE by the MTA.



With a focus on large scale commercial buildings, DI's current and past clients include both public and private sector organizations such as the State of California Department of General Services (DGS), the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), the US Army Corps of Engineers, The Clark Construction Group, and Bovis Lend Lease.
